Delivering two phases encompassing 11 modules in a timely manner showcased my project management prowess. I established comprehensive dashboards on Jira and maintained regular documentation on Confluence, ensuring transparency and streamlined communication throughout the process. Collaborating closely with Adobe for AEM development, I ensured a seamless transition. Additionally, I implemented a User Experience (UX) checklist for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), guaranteeing accurate and first-time-right deliveries.
